Is the time you want already booked? Give us a call and we’ll do our best to accommodate you!

If you are booking an appointment less than 24 hours in advance, you MUST call us and book your appointment over the phone. If there is no answer, please leave a message and we will return your call promptly.
If you are booking an appointment Mon-Fri BEFORE 5:00pm, you MUST call us and book your appointment, at the latest, the evening prior. We have limited availability during these hours, so please call us in advance. Thank you!

Frequently Asked Questions:

Do drummers have to bring cymbals?

Yes, but we also rent cymbals at $5 per set, for the duration of your rehearsal.

Is the Showcase Room $25/hr. for rehearsal?

Yes, for rehearsal only. Please inquire for rates on special events, large parties, etc.

When do I pay for my studio time?

You pay when you arrive at the studio. We accept credit cards, debit cards, and cash.

What is your Cancellation Policy?

Once you have booked your rehearsal time, you can cancel or modify your reservation up to 24 hours prior your reserved time. If you cancel or make any changes less than 24 hours prior to your reservation, you will be charged for the full amount of the reservation. If you cancel more than 24 hours prior, you will not be charged.

Does the Cancellation Policy apply if the studio time I reserved is less than 24 hours away?

Yes. If you reserve studio time that is less than 24 hours from when you book it, you will be subject to the Cancellation Policy. Example: It is 5:00 pm and you reserve 9:00 pm to 11:00 pm of the same day. If you cancel the reservation at any time, you will be subject to the Cancellation Policy.

What if I change my mind on the rehearsal time I have chosen?

You may sign in at any time and make changes (add time, subtract time, change the date, cancel) to your reservation as long as you do so more than 24 hours before your reserved time. If you cancel or make any changes less than 24 hours before your reserved time, you will be subject to the Cancellation Policy.

How much time is given to set up and tear down?

You will have only your scheduled block of time to set up and tear down your equipment. Your band will most likely be booked back-to-back with other bands, so please be courteous and keep your set-up, practice, and tear-down within your scheduled block of time so all bands can stay on schedule.

How can I make sure I remember my scheduled rehearsal time?

We offer a complimentary email to notify you of your scheduled rehearsal. When you book online, simply type in your email address and you will receive an email notification. It is your responsibility to consult with your band members and agree on a rehearsal time before you book an appointment.
