Terms and Conditions for Script Purchases

Reseller Obligation: Purchasing the scripts to a Grace Schedules product qualifies you as a reseller for that product. Each script sale is for a single license use of the software. Each additional implementation and/or sale of the script obligates you (the reseller) to provide Grace Schedules with 50% of the original purchase price. Any modification to the software does not exempt you from your reseller obligation. Please visit our reseller page for more details.

System Requirements: The system is written using ASP and therefore requires a Windows Server that accommodates ASP files.

Support: Grace Schedules is always happy to assist our customers with technical questions or set up. For script purchase customers it is important to keep the reference to Grace Schedules active at the footer of your scheduler in order to validate your system with us.

Purchase Condition: All script purchases are final sale.

Currency: All pricing is in US funds.
